These terms govern your use of skiresortsweather.com (“Trois Vallées”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this site, creating an account, or completing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Bookings & Payments
Trois Vallées helps you plan and book ski-trip services in the 3 Valleys. Each service you book (for example lift passes, ski hire, lessons, or transfers) is a separate purchase, contracted and charged individually. Prices are shown per service; where several services are displayed together, any combined figure is a non-binding estimate of those separate purchases.
Payment is taken securely at the time of booking. We act as a facilitator between you and each service provider; the provider is responsible for delivering the service you purchased.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
This section will be finalised with counsel before payments go live. Cancellation and refund terms are set per service, according to the policy of the relevant provider, and will be shown to you before you confirm and pay.
Certain leisure and accommodation services with a fixed date of performance are exempt from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under French consumer law (Code de la consommation, art. L221-28). Where an exemption applies, it will be stated clearly at checkout.
4. Affiliate Disclosure
Some links on our site are affiliate links (for example accommodation on Booking.com). When you book through such a link, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and the partner’s own terms and privacy policy apply once you leave our site. 5. Weather & Conditions Data
Snow, weather, and resort-conditions information is provided for general guidance only and may be inaccurate or out of date. It is not a substitute for official resort communications or your own judgement in the mountains. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of this information.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trois Vallées is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent service providers, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence within the EU.
